Meat sector and refrigeration facilities
The projects we show are some of the works carried out by Magalya’s titular technician.
Construction of a slaughterhouse and cutting room for lamb and suckling goat, in Jaén. Freezing and cooling chambers in Cárnicas José Chica. Wastewater treatment plant in the slaughterhouse. Design, design and direction of the installation of the first slaughterhouse and cutting plant, which was adapted to European regulations, and retrofitting of slaughterhouse for Halal regulations.
Installation of a poultry farm for raising and fattening chickens in the municipality of Villadompardo (Jaén). Design, project and management of the installation, after obtaining a 50% grant.
Installation of ham and sausage dryer, freezing and refrigeration rooms in Andújar. Owned by Agrícola Colorín. Design, design and direction of the Iberian ham dryer facility, after achieving a 50% aid. Ham dried and cured with olive oil.
Installation of a meat waste treatment and composting plant in Bailén. Owned by Megahumiter. Design, design, management and first composting plant from meat waste in the province of Jaén.
Installation of a mozzarella cheese packaging line in Jaén. Property of La Pastora. Design, design and management of mozzarella packaging plant.
Installation of a wholesale market with refrigeration chambers in Jaén, owned by Serodys. Design, design and direction.
